This listing is for a single 18K gold plated surgical steel push-pin flat back stud.

Measurements: Post measures 1/4" (6mm) in length. 18 GA. The tiny pearl is 1.5 mm. Note that the back disc (part that goes on the back of our ear) is 3mm in diameter. Synthetic pearl.
