At Cords Club, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your fit isn't quite right, our streamlined process makes it easy to swap styles or receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, securely seal the box, and affix the prepaid label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
